2. Services Offered & Educational Content

J.S. Argue & Associates Ltd. provides IT consulting, Senior Business Analyst services, project management, educational/training resources (including "CACE for Kids" and "Tech for Kids"), and software applications (including Homeport).

• Content on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

• Formal consulting engagements are governed by separate master service agreements or contracts between J.S. Argue & Associates Ltd. and the client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all text, code, graphics, training modules, curriculum, logos, and materials on the Site are the intellectual property of J.S. Argue & Associates Ltd. or its licensors.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for personal or internal educational use.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any Site material without prior written permission from J.S. Argue & Associates Ltd.

4. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

5. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

The Homeport application may send SMS text messages to users who provide a mobile number and consent to receive them.

• By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive operational and account-related text messages from Homeport. We do not send marketing text messages.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for assistance.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

• Handling of mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy, including our commitment that mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Third-Party Links and Embedded Content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or embedded files/content not owned or controlled by J.S. Argue & Associates Ltd. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party websites. Accessing external links is at your own risk.
